Sharing & publishing
PhiWebs is a login-required product. There are no public Worlds, no anonymous visitor mode, and no public link previews. Every Surface access — including the PhiSo widget — requires the visitor to sign in.
Sharing options
| Mode | Who can access |
|---|---|
| Private (default) | Only signed-in members of the World. |
| World-wide | Any signed-in member of the same World. |
| Cross-World invite | Specific email addresses, invited and accepted via account.phiwebs.com. |
Public, indexed, or anonymous-link sharing are not supported. If you need an unauthenticated landing page, point a marketing site at it — the PhiWebs platform itself never serves anonymous traffic.
Publishing your surface
Once you accept the Receipt, click Publish to make the Surface live on
your World’s subdomain (e.g. your-world.phiwebs.com/surface-slug). The
published Surface immediately hosts a PhiSo widget for visitor questions —
visitors authenticate through their PhiWebs account before the widget
answers.
Custom domains
Custom domains are an Enterprise contract offering — they are not available on Basic, Pro, or Team self-service plans. Enterprise customers work with PhiWebs to negotiate the number of domains, white-label branding, and SSL automation as part of their contract.
For Enterprise quotes, contact sales.
Embedding
Embedding a PhiWebs Surface on a third-party site is not currently supported. Surfaces serve from PhiWebs-controlled hosts (your subdomain or a connected custom domain) so authentication and Receipt integrity remain in the platform’s control.
Exporting
Export your data for backup or migration:
- KVKK / GDPR Article 15 — World-wide JSON export of your World, surfaces, atoms, receipts, and Φ ledger. Available from World settings → Data & privacy. This is the canonical export today.
- Per-Surface JSON — A dedicated
pwfabric surface export <id>CLI command (and a Studio Export button) is planned. Until it ships, use the GDPR export above and extract the Surface you need.
Static-asset exports (PDF, PNG, HTML) are not currently supported.
